Booking & Payment

Customers can schedule moves through phone, email, or our website. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the booking. Final payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services if payment terms are not met.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a move. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate move details (addresses, inventory, timing)

• Ensuring access to properties and reserving elevator or parking (if applicable)

• Packing items securely if not using our packing services

• Informing us of any fragile, valuable, or special-care items

Damages & Claims

While we handle every item with care, accidents can happen. Any damage must be reported immediately upon completion of the move. Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours. We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or improper packing by the customer.

Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable events

• Loss or damage to items packed by the customer

• Items of extraordinary value not disclosed in writing before the move

Our liability is limited to the replacement value of damaged goods or the amount covered by our insurance provider, whichever is less.
